When your life's not working you need to know how to change it.
For whatever reason - you are dissatisfied about something. Something is making you unhappy. If you're lucky, you know what this is. Maybe it's your relationship - or lack of. Maybe it's finances - or lack of. Maybe you've got an illness. Or maybe it's just some vague disquiet, a feeling of sadness, that "there has to bemore to life than this"!
Believe it or not, this is good! Excellent in fact. For you have taken the first step to change your life. You have identified that "something" is wrong.
What you need now is to know how to create the life you want.
I am going to introduce you to various ideas and tools that can help you achieve just that. Give you information to signpost you as to what will work for you. Show you where you can go to find out more. I see it as a series of stepping stones and you just need to follow whatever feels right for you.
